El Sur Event Entry

You can either make full payment, or 50% payment at point of entry as better suits your financial situation - see payment schedule* details below.

Purchasing entry secures your place to El Sur 2027. We do not run an application and acceptance process - we are open to anyone willing to take on the adventure! We have seen riders with little to no bikepacking experience take on the challenge and finish. Please click here for full event information.

Pairs: If you are entering as a pair, each pair needs to purchase an entry place and write the name of their pair in the requested box on the information form during check out.

Payment schedule*

Options:

1. Full payment at point of entry

2. 50% due at point of entry and remaining 50% due by end of November 2026

Refunds & Cancellation

50% of entry cost is non-refundable.

Second 50% payment is refundable until 4 weeks before the start date if you cancel for any reason.

In the 4 weeks before event – entry is non-refundable but can be transferred to the following edition due to medical issue with proof (there will be a 100eur charge for costs incurred due at the following edition)
